Dear Sasha,
Wailkum Asalam.It is always good to adjust the stem wire when the flower is wet, but if now your flower is dry,check this If you finish your flowers with a cone shape end or a clear surface end like above pics,if you finish your flower with a cone shape end then take the flower and putt some gum on it and then take the stem wire and bind them with floral tape tightly and in making the whole stem you should use the gum along with the floral tape,to grip your flower.Other wise you can use these flowers in decorate your mirror,vase,pot s e.t.c

I mention the quantity of water above, 2 tablespone is enough.First of all,mix all the things in the non stick pan without heat or flame,when it mixed very well and smooth,then cook it on very low heat or flame and dont left the spone untill the dough ready.

Yes glue is necessary for making italian dough.there is no substitute of glue.

Yes you can use paint the flowers after pasting,but this should be done very carefully .You can use petal dust.its a dust form powder.use it on the flower with your finger and then spray lacquer on it to save the colour.You can also use fabric colour,poster colour and then spray lacquer on it.You can also use light and dark shade for real look.

In italian dough flower always use oil paints or dust powder.I dont no from where you get your course,May be they dont tell you everything about dough.We teaches you every thing in its real and professional way.

I love these flowers. I'm going to try to make them. The glue you use to glue the petals is the same kind of glue you use in the dough? Could I possibly glue those flowers to a wood frame?
