It’s very easy method of making French dough use in flower making. There is no need of stove to cook it. It’s made by your hands easily.

Dough Recipe Requirements:

1. Ceramic powder           1 cup

2. Starch powder             ¼ cup

3. Arabian glue                ½ cup

4. Simple water                2 Teaspoon

5. Baby oil                       1 Teaspoon

6. White poster colour      if needed

Flaxy Dough Recipe:

  1. First of all, mix ceramic powder and starch powder.
  2. Now add Arabian glue, water and baby oil in it.
  3. Mix it very well by your hands about 40 mints.

#9 ameenah » 2011-03-17 09:02

salam sister. i learned ceramic and porcelain flowers in saudi arabia about 10 years ago. i live in usa now and i cannot find the arabian or german glue here for the flexable dough. it is hard to make large flowers and leaves on wire with the italian dough and it dries very hard and thin flowers break easily. could you please tell what is the name or brand of the glue used for french/flexable dough. thank you soo much.

thanks for you comments

#17 Adminstrator » 2011-07-04 23:58

First of all thanks for liking our articles.

you have to use Arabian glue for flexible flowers.
if you use the German glue is used to make Italian dough which makes your flowers hard. you want to make your flowers flexible then you have to use Arabian glue. i hope you understand.

if you find any problem then use the forum plz... write your problem there. we are there also to help you out...
