Requirements:
1. Stocking net (yellow and green)
2. Stocking wire
3. Stem wire
4. Stamens (Yellow and black)
5. Floral tape ( green and yellow)
6. Cutter plisse
7. Thread

Method:
1. First of all, take a round shape of 7” inches and round the stocking wire on it, make a ring of wire and twisted it at the end for one petal. Now cut the one round shape after the twisted wire.
2. Now stretch the wire to oval shape.
3. Add a gold wire to the petal from cut the wire length to match the petal from lengthwise.
4. At one side of the wire, make a small hook and attach it at the top of petal form (away from twisted closure) . Now one petal is ready.
5. Make 3 petals with this method.
6. Now make 6” inches petals by using this method without centre wire. Make 3 petals without centre wire.
7. Wrap the stocking net over the oval shaped wire and tie it with thread.
8. Now wrap all the petals with stocking net.
9. To assembling the tulip, fold the 3 black stamens in half, 1 yellow stamen in the middle and a bit higher than the black stamen.
10. Tie them together on the stem wire with floral tape.
11. Now take one big petal and tie it with thread upside down onto flower stem.
12. Tie all 3 big petals all around the flower stem.
13. Then take one by one 3 small petals and tie them on the big petals with thread.
14. Wrap floral tape to cover the thread.
15. Now fold the petals up starting with the small petals and after that use this technique for 3 big petals.
16. Now form the petals into a tulip flower shape with your finger tips.
17. Make leaves of Green stocking net.
18. Take a 10” inches long wire, turn it like a leaf and wrap green stocking on it. Tie it with green thread.
19. Make 2 or 3 leaves and attached them on the Tulip stem wire.
20. Now your beautiful Tulip flower is ready.
