quick question - how does it smell? I'm not familiar with garlic stems - does the flower have a garlicy smell once complete? If so it would work great for rustic decor in a kitchen, where a garlic smell isn't offensive. If it doesn't have too much of a garlic smell I think a few of those would look great in a teak bowl on a log dining room table or barn wood dining table - used as a centerpiece.

The garlic stem flowers have no smell of galic,because its only stem,there is no garlic clove at the stem .You can use it in any way you like.Your idea is really very good.
